If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We don't offer any refunds or exchanges.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support team (email@example.com) and we will discuss available options.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We ask for a minimum of 1-5 business days for processing. Once processed, your order is shipped (up to 3 - 5 business days to get to you for shipping).
Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx, Monday through Saturday. During holidays, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail we do advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. All packages are insured. We also ask that forward all details to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also elect to purchase our shipping insurance.
Undelivered lost packages may be reissued.
Delivered lost/ stolen packages may be reissued after claim is filed.
In the event your order is incorrect, please email us a photo of what you have received and we will replace order in 1-3 business days.
